  1. what to do with dirty data?
  2. getting support
  3. getting access to data from different systems
  4. finding new sources of data to input into your metadata store (e.g. theses database)
  5. what happens when your metadata store solution starts to compete with your publications repository?
  6. developing a sustainability plan to get long-term support for the Hub post-project completion that might be useful to share.

Testing NLA/Trove Identifiers - how to succeed! (16/01/2013)

Hoylen Sue (University of Queensland) has done it and will be sharing his experiences with the Trove testing environment. Hoylen is in a unique software agnostic position to explain the process because of UQs component approach to developing their Metadata Store. He has rigorously clarified every aspect of the NLA Identifier process.

3. 18th February 2013 - Research Profiles Conference 2013
Venue: Melbourne University. Sponsored by Symplectic. Registrations. This one day conference will explore how Australasian Universities as a whole can leverage this capability to gain advantage on an international stage.

Topics covered will include:
  1. The international state of play in research profiling
  2. An assessment of the technologies and standards that assist in the syndication of research information, with a particular emphasis on VIVO as an enabling platform
